Delivery routes that read like the town, not a spreadsheet.

The Van groups your afternoon by zone and time window automatically. The driver sees a clean list of stops on a single screen; the recipient gets an SMS when the van leaves; you keep the photo of delivery on their file.

What it does

Three things it does very well.

  • 01

    Slot-based dispatch, auto-grouped

Set your delivery windows (say, 1pm–3pm, 3pm–5pm). The Van groups orders by zone and slot, so your driver doesn't zig-zag across town.

  • 02

    Live ETA to the recipient

When the van leaves your shop, an SMS goes to the recipient: “Your flowers are on the way — arriving in about 20 minutes.” No more “is my order out?” calls.

  • 03

    Photo of delivery, kept forever

The driver taps a photo when the flowers are dropped. That photo lives on the customer's file — evidence for disputes, and something warm for the customer.

The detail

The recipient knows before the van turns the corner.

An SMS goes out the moment your driver leaves the shop — not when they're already double-parked. Your customer stops calling. Your driver stops explaining.
