Wedding software that reads like a florist wrote it.
Weddings are the difference between a good year and a great one — but most florists build proposals in Google Docs, chase deposits by email, and run the day-of on a printed clipboard. FlorioPosy is a real wedding tool, built into the same system as your shop.
A proposal that looks like your shop, not like a spreadsheet.
Line items in your voice. Prices from your actual recipes. A cover image from your own photography. And a signature line at the bottom, so the couple can sign on their phone.
One proposal. One deposit schedule. One run sheet.

One proposal, in your voice
Cover image, mood, palette, line items in florist language, and a signed contract at the bottom. No juggling Word + Stripe + DocuSign for every wedding.
-
02
Deposits & milestones
Take a 30% deposit on signature. The Book chases the 60-day and 14-day balances automatically, on your schedule — without you writing another follow-up email.

The day-of run sheet
On the wedding day, the florist, driver, venue, and planner all work from the same timeline. Every hand-off with a name and a time on it.
Everyone works from the same timeline.
On the wedding day, the florist, the driver, the planner, and the venue all open the same run sheet on their phone. Setup, ceremony, cocktail, reception, teardown — every hand-off with a name on it.

“The first Saturday we ran a wedding on FlorioPosy, my planner opened the run sheet on her phone and I didn't get a single ‘where are the bouquets’ text. That's never happened before.”
FAQ.
- How does deposit collection work?
- You choose the deposit percent (default 30%) and the milestones (default: 60 days out, 14 days out, balance on the day). The Book sends the payment link to your client on that schedule — no follow-up email from you needed.
- What about cancellations?
- Your cancellation policy is written into every proposal (you set the template once). If a wedding cancels, the deposit is retained per your policy — and the Book stops chasing subsequent milestones automatically.
- Can I use my own contract template?
- Yes. Paste your existing terms and conditions into the Book's contract library. Every proposal appends them, and your client's signature applies to them.
- Does the day-of run sheet work offline at the venue?
- Yes. The run sheet caches on the driver's and florist's phones the morning of the event, so if the venue has no signal, the timeline still works. Photo-of-delivery uploads when you're back on Wi-Fi.
- Can I share the run sheet with the wedding planner and the venue?
- Yes. Every run sheet has a share link with a scoped role (planner, venue, driver, staff). They see only what's relevant to them, and can't edit the pricing side of the proposal.
